Pillow is dry-clean only, and can not be machine washed. May be spot washed for small stains using minimal water. Further care instructions can be found on the care label of your pillow.

Our entire range of US sized bedding now has free duty & tariff paid shipping within the USA via FedEx with a 3-5 business day shipping time. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days after purchase. During periods of high demand it may take an extra day to ship items and will contact you if there are any delays beyond this. Tracking is provided by email as soon as they are shipped.

Shipping within New Zealand is free for all orders. Orders will be shipped direct from our Mosgiel based factory and will be dispatched within 2 business days of the order being placed. Estimated shipping times is 1-2 business days for South Island & 2-3 business days for North Island after dispatch.

During periods of high demand it may take an additional 1-2 business days. If for some reason we're not able to meet this timeframe, then we aim to make contact with the customer within this time period to let them know of any potential delays.
Orders are shipped via the NZ Post network and tracking will be provided once an order is ready to collect.
